In the core roller coating process, a high-precision multi-roller collaborative design is adopted, equipped with an intelligent closed-loop control system. It can accurately regulate paint consumption and coating thickness according to silicon steel sheet specifications and coating requirements, enabling uniform application of water-based, oil-based and semi-inorganic insulating paints.

 

After coating, the silicon steel sheets proceed to the curing process. The coatings are rapidly cured through heating in industrial ovens or ultraviolet irradiation by UV curing machines. Finally, finished sheets are stacked by the automatic unloading system.

The whole process requires minimal manual intervention, enabling 24-hour continuous and stable production and greatly improving production efficiency.
