PUR flat laminating production line, a new process in the building materials industry. It is suitable for all kinds of door, wall and cabinet decorative panels, different base materials, different surface materials, rolls and sheets, and fully automatic veneer production. It can adopt gantry loading and unloading to achieve fully automatic production, improving production efficiency. It can be opened and pasted immediately without any pause throughout the process. The production capacity can exceed 1,000 large boards in 8 hours.
1. Pre-treatment of sheet materials
Dust cleaning, oven preheating, and feeding (optional automatic feeding system and chamfering pretreatment of base material plates)
2. Precision roller coating of PUR adhesive
Precise gluing and the addition of heated flattening rollers make the PUR adhesive layer achieve mirror-like smoothness.
3. Roll film laminating machine
The roll-shaped membrane material is pressed onto the surface of the coated base material. The surface is smooth, flat and free of glue lines, and the finished product achieves a high-gloss or skin-like effect.
4. Four-roll laminating machine
The sheet laminating machine uses a sheet combination machine equipped with an oven to coat the sheet film material onto the surface of the substrate that has been coated with adhesive, and then laminates it through a four-roll laminating machine.
5. Automated material collection
Automatic tracking and film breaking device for finished product edge trimming and material collection (optional four-side edge trimming device and flip machine, automatic material collection system can be optionally equipped with pearl cotton laying device)
