UV Drying Coating Line

This UV drying coating line is equipped with a double-lamp UV dryer, specifically designed for drying solid color primers, transparent retouching primers, transparent primers, topcoats, etc. It is used for instant curing of the primer film after coating on the UV primer line, enabling the production line to improve production efficiency, reduce manual operation, and the gallium lamp (mercury lamp) can be configured as needed to deeply cure solid color paints. The three-group light source configuration also supports semi-dry or fully dry UV curing for paints with various properties.

1. Suitable for instant drying of UV curing after coating

2. The machine is an electronic power supply, the photoelectric conversion rate is 90%, and the power adjustment range is 10-100% adjustable.

3. The switchover speed from standby to maximum power is less than 1 second

4. There are a number of circuit protection to reduce the damage to the power supply due to misoperation

5. The internal ventilation of the light box is good, effectively extending the service life of the UV lamp

8. The transmission is carried by aluminum tube, ￠25*1370mm, the transmission motor is 1HP, and the Taiwan brand motor is used.

9. Independent exhaust fan, inlet diameter ￠150mm.

10. Aluminum plate 4mm composite, side air circulation filter design.

11. Adjustable front and rear cover, the rear section is equipped with anti-leakage light iron flon sheet.

12. Anti-ultraviolet glass device in the side fluoroscope.

13. Install circuit protection system to effectively protect electronic components

14. Adopt Taiwan Shilin brand inverter

15. Each group of lights is independently controlled, and each group of lights can adjust the strong/weak light control according to the paint needs.

16. The electrical appliances used meet the CE standard, and the electric control part is the French Schneider brand.

17. The frame is heat treated without deformation. The paint surface of the equipment is sprayed with powder, the surface is more bright, and it is not easy to corrosion and rust.
